The 2024 Momentum Summit
Momentum Summit is a gathering of Black women in philanthropy designed to build community, deepen conversations and strengthen the collective vision for the future of Black philanthropy. The Summit brings leaders together to connect, exchange ideas and help shape a more equitable funding ecosystem for generations to come.

Founded in 2021, Geaux Girl Giving is a Black women-led philanthropic community rooted in the longstanding tradition of Black women caring for their families, communities and one another. Through collective giving, the organization moves resources to Black women-led organizations, amplifies the voices and leadership of Black women and girls, and creates spaces that support their holistic well-being.
The Wise Fund
The Women Invested to Save Earth (WISE) Fund is a global coalition of women and allies working to support underfunded and marginalized innovators developing solutions to pressing social, economic and environmental challenges. The organization provides funding, economic opportunity and capacity-building support to innovators across the arts and culture, environmental technology, health, wellness and social impact sectors.
Independent Sector Student Leadership Academy
Independent Sector’s National Summit brings together nonprofit, philanthropic and corporate giving professionals from across the country to strengthen organizations, build connections and advance collaboration across the charitable sector. The Summit creates space for shared learning and collective action around the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the sector.
WOMEN’S FOUNDATION OF THE SOUTH
Women’s Foundation of the South works to advance gender, racial and economic justice by investing in women, girls and gender-expansive people across the South who are most impacted by injustice. The foundation supports community-led solutions and works toward a flourishing South where women and girls are healthy, safe, well-resourced and empowered to shape their own futures.
